Single Virtual Consultation
Perfect for: Athletes at any level who have a few specific questions but are not ready to commit a 2 month program. This session is best for those with a solid nutrition foundation who want to refine aspects of their fueling, such as a long-run strategy, race day nutrition plan, or carbohydrate loading approach. It’s also great for athletes seeking expert guidance on targeted areas of performance nutrition. Before the session, you’ll complete an intake form to help us understand your needs and provide relevant background information.
$200 for a one hour session + educational resources

Engaging group education sessions and long-term partnerships designed to support teams and clubs in establishing a nutrition foundation for all athletes. Team Talks provide educational sessions on topics like pre-game fueling, recovery nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention, while Club Partnerships offer more comprehensive support, including individualized advice for athletes and structured nutrition plans.
